Sales Manager

Better Placed is supporting a B2B and B2C professional services business in expanding their sales division by adding a Sales Manager to their team. This expansion offers an exciting opportunity to lead, develop, and mentor the business development centre employees helping them reach their full potential.
We are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for sales and a proven track record of driving success. You will work closely with the Sales Director, Sales Coach and other key leadership staff to create and execute strategic plans that will elevate the team’s performance. This role involves setting targets, identifying growth opportunities and implementing best practices to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the outbound sales team
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Set ambitious targets and monitor performance

Essential Skills:
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proven track record in sales management
• Experience and good record as/in an out bound sales role
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
• Ability to set and achieve ambitious targets
