A very well-respected Software business based in Wetherby are currently on the lookout for a Regional BDM to join the team. With a 30 year history, the organisation pride themselves on both technical innovation and customer care.
Joining an established sales team, you will work alongside various members of the commercial team and be responsible for engaging with prospects which come from a mix of marketing-generated leads and self-generation. You'll arrange events to bring like-minded business leaders together and see where the business can find a solution or a new product. You'll be networking at industry events and you'll manage existing clients through their subscriptions and ensure that they remain happy with the service.
Ideally, you'll have experience in a field sales role or have recruitment/account management experience. In return, you will have an uncapped bonus scheme, laptop, phone, Car Allowance and top earners in this position regularly earn more than double their salary.
Based in Wetherby with flexible working on offer (2/3 days in the office).
