The Role:
As a Recipe Creator and Food Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and perfecting recipes that showcase the diverse range of products. Your responsibilities will include staying up-to-date with current food trends, experimenting with various ingredients, flavours, and techniques to develop high-quality recipes. Additionally, you will be responsible for food styling during photoshoots, ensuring they align with our brand's look and feel.
Working closely with our digital team, you will also assist in producing engaging recipe and culinary content for popular platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Your creativity and passion for the culinary arts will be key in inspiring our audience and showcasing our products in exciting ways.
- Collaborate with the Digital Engagement team to develop recipes and serve as the go-to Recipe Creator and Food Stylist.
- Lead the full recipe creation cycle, including recipe development, shoot brief creation, shoot preparation, and coordination with our production agency to ensure on-brand photography.
- Work with the Digital Engagement Manager to create in-house culinary content, such as TikTok and Reels.
- Act as a Food Stylist on shoots, working closely with the production agency to achieve the desired outcome.
- Collaborate with our media agency to meet content needs that align with our SEO strategy, including reviewing recipe content and articles.
- Upload new recipe content to our Recipe Database and assist with website maintenance.
- Support the Digital Engagement Executive in handling customer queries and sharing baking expertise.
- Create content for various channels, including web, social media, email, and paid promotions.
- Assist in researching and identifying emerging culinary trends to influence weekly recipe development.
You:
- University Degree in Food or a related field or relevant work experience.
- Experience in food preparation and development.
- Previous exposure to the food industry.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong data interpretation and analysis skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A logical yet creative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to both challenge and be challenged within the role.
- Experience managing a social media channel showcasing culinary skills.
