If so, Better Placed are currently recruiting for a Financial Services business who are now seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their ever growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish opportunities to expand and improve the product positioning
  • Build compelling product related content for use across all marketing platforms
  • Identify opportunities to enhance or extend the existing Financial Services product suite
  • Ownership and accountability of the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to optimise performance and drive a cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Ensure that sales and marketing channels are well equipped
  • Influence effective pricing strategies using your knowledge of the Financial Services marketplace.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the market opportunity, emerging trends, competition, product capabilities, and customer wants and needs
  • Identify and quantify benefits to current product improvements
  • Be the conduit between Marketing and Sales, ensuring partner and consumer needs are met.

Key Requirements:

  • You must have experience in a Financial Services product development role and a clear understanding of both consumer and partner firm needs.
  • Ability to liaise, interact and build strong relationships with senior sponsors and stakeholders
  • Quickly and accurately identify any issues or risks associated with a product or direction, raising the alarm when necessary to discuss with other key stakeholders.
  • Be commercially aware, have a proven background in business case development and demonstrable drive to improve performance.
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills.
