One of the UK's most recognised FMCG businesses are experiencing an eCommerce boom and are looking to add a Principal Software Engineer to their Integration Development team. This role will suit somebody who feels comfortable leading engineers and taking ownership of technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of engineers and mentoring other team members
- Developing and maintaining technical product roadmaps
- Assisting the Software Development Manager with strategic planning
- Collaborating with Architects as part of the design process
- Working alongside Business Analysts and Testers to refine User Stories and their Acceptance Criteria
Skills Required
- Good understanding of product development and SOLID principles
- Working knowledge of Design Patterns
- Strong C# (other OO acceptable)
- Strong SQL (alternate experience of document dBs acceptable)
