Hey, Paid Search Specialist. Maybe you're at a digital agency and fed up at being at the beck and call of your clients? Maybe you're managing one too many accounts or you aren't getting enough exposure to the wider strategy? Wouldn't it be nice to see the results and wider impact of all that hard work? If you're nodding along, it could be time to consider a move in-house. The grass on the other side could well be greener. This is a role where you'll focus on one brand, one strategy and have the freedom to test your campaigns without asking your client or expecting a less-than-impressed phone call about spending their money.

Maybe you're currently in-house in a PPC Manager or Senior Paid Media Exec role and fancy a step up into something new.

Whatever your current situation, if you're still reading along, a new PPC Manager role has become available with a business who are aiming to take their Paid Media spend in-house over a gradual period. You'll still get support, initially, from the existing digital/PPC agency so the transition will be smooth. The company needs your help as a large % of the business comes through digital acquisition and you'll be a key contributor. You'll manage Paid budgets of c.£50k per month in a wider marketing team of 3 with scope to grow, especially if you do very well.

You'll need to come from a Paid Search or wider Paid Media background and really know your stuff when it comes to running and analysing campaigns. Use of Google Analytics and similar technologies is a must and any experience in programmatic or display would be great, but not necessary.

There are lots of plans in paid acquisition and in addition to Paid Search, you'll have the freedom to experiment with other channels, including Paid Social. The company offers a strong benefits package including flexi-time and the wider team come from great marketing backgrounds. As such, you'll be joining a business that is marketing-centric and encourages testing, new ideas and a certain degree of risk-taking.

Based in Hull, this role will be office-based for 2-3 days in the longer-term. The PPC Manager role is therefore commutable from surrounding areas such as York, Doncaster and anywhere on the Leeds-Hull M62 corridor.

If you know your stuff on PPC/Paid Search and you want to hear more about this role, please apply now.
