Now looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join in this leadership role. Someone who has experience across Google Shopping and Paid Social is idea, although this role could suit someone who has a PPC background and is ready to now broaden out. This will be a hire that's based on the persons Paid experience as well as who they are - in equal measures.

In the role you will be the strategic lead, working with the wider Digital & Ecommerce team, as well as hands on activation delivering the campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Paid Media strategy, driving new initiatives within the channels forward - full ownership. Multi-channel. Paid Search/ Google Shopping, Paid Social and Affiliates.
  • Implement innovative strategies to achieve business targets and growth across our paid media accounts.
  • Paid channel and campaign optimisation
  • Budget management, £1million+ - full ownership
  • Report on Paid campaign performance, spotting risks and opportunities. Plus solution offering.
  • Collaborating with wider teams across SEO, CRM, UX, CRO & Product

Previous experience needed:

  • Proven experience managing a Paid Media strategy, ensuring successful campaign delivery (agency or client side). Experience with Google Ads and related tools.
  • Previous roles in PPC, Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Digital Account Manager (hands on delivery).
  • Experience with all areas of Paid; Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates * but please do apply if you have experience in just Paid Search/ PPC/ Google Shopping 😊
  • Managed similar sizable budgets.
  • Previously worked in a fast pace and commercial environment, where you can share about exceeding targets.
  • Naturally creative whilst using data to drive every decision - the perfect combination.
