£40,000 + Package

Our client is a much loved, high growth D2C lifestyle brand. They are a + £50m turnover business who are growing market share by expanding their product ranges and launching into new international territories. Private Equity backed.


Key to continuing this success is the hiring of a talented Online Trading Manager to play a pivotal role, supporting in strategy development and performance.


Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the e-commerce trading strategy, including the trading/ promotional calendar, and merchandising optimisation

  • Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with the merchandising teams and web development to implement solutions to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

  • Work closely with the wider Digital team on a comprehensive trading and promotional strategy which supports growth not competition across DTC websites

  • Analysing and optimising site performance using various data sources including customer data, site metrics, competitor analysis and research – making recommendations to drive performance

  • Assist in the management and publishing of website content, including product listings, images, and promotional materials.

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing & Creative teams to ensure the right balance of commercial and brand content is being communicated across CRM & Website channels to drive growth and connect with our addressable markets.


What I’m looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in web operations, ecommerce, or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)or Product Management (PIM systems) and ecommerce platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
