Home-Based with 2 days a week in the Midlands office

Main responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing a commercial Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Retail customers
· Delivering profitable and sustainable sales growth
· Controlling budgets and forecasting
· Executing all promotional plans for product portfolio
· Liaising cross-functionally with NPD, Category and Marketing
· Building strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders
· Keeping up with key category trends and identifying new business opportunities
What we need from you:
· Commercial background within FMCG
· Account management experience within discounter channel at NAE, JNAM, NAM or SNAM level
· Ambitious and driven, someone who thrives on hitting targets
· Great communicator both written and verbal
· Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
