An independent co-educational boarding and day school situated in the stunning rural location of the Yorkshire Dales are currently seeking a Marketing Officer to join the team. Although this is a maternity cover position, there's potential for this role to go perm.
This is a fully office based opportunity so you'll need to be a commutable distance to the School. Free parking is available and the School is located close to Settle Train Station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital Communications Manager to update content on the website and monitor competitor websites.
- Help implement the social media strategy for the School
- Product weekly e-newsletters
- Provide edition and copywriting support
- Work with the PR Agency to produce a regular stream of news items for local and national press.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have experience of working within a hands-on Marketing Assistant/Executive opportunity and be comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. You will have a solid understanding of marketing comms, events and branding and come with a can-do attitude.
Based in Settle, this role is commutable from Ilkley, Harrogate, Lancaster, Skipton and Hetton.
