A well-established Insurance organisation with a specialism within the healthcare/medical sector, are currently growing and are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team. With an impressive heritage, a strong culture and an unparalleled reputation within the market this is a fantastic opportunity to really take ownership of the strategy.

As the Marketing Manager, you will manage the marketing for the secondary care sector, targeting training grades, hospital doctors and consultant. This individual will also manage a team of 4 which includes a Senior Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, Editor and Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and oversee digital marketing activities that maximise engagement and conversion, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, display/re-targeting and online sponsorship
  • Plan, manage and oversee omnichannel campaigns, including advertising, events, DM, sales collateral and video content.
  • Prepare and manage detailed budget plans for all related marketing activity.
  • Commission, analyse and interrogate market research to highlight insights to inform marketing strategy and campaign development.
  • Work closely with the CRM Coordinator and Marketing Operations Manager to build optimum user journeys that aid tracking and conversion using CRM technology.
  • Help build the desired customer experience to drive loyalty and customer advocacy into new marketing and commercial activity.
  • Take ownership of team's performance, providing regular and effective feedback, coaching and development opportunities. Conducting performance reviews adhering to organisational and departmental guidelines at all times.

Key Skills Needed:

  • Experience of marketing and selling services to consumers and business to business
  • Strong all-round marketing and digital experience, preferably within the financial services, insurance or medical sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • An omni-channel approach to marketing which integrates digital marketing and social media with traditional marketing techniques
  • Experience of digital marketing techniques and channels, including PPC, SEO and application of analytics to online content and campaigns
  • The ability to prioritise competing demands for work.
  • The ability to manage projects to deliver quality results on time and on budget.
