An incredibly exciting Fintech business with central London offices are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team on a 6 month FTC. The business has expanded from 50 people to over 1,200 with ambitions to IPO in the next few years. They're a super collaborative, passionate organsation who have a number of best-in-class consumer, and business finance products and are constantly looking to hire great talent to continue driving growth.

Deliverables:

  • The Marketing Manager will manage the Consideration phase communications for transition of part of the customer base to a new card, including managing Creative, data requirements and automation
  • You will manage set up of communications journey for new co-brand digital partners, including development and execution of on boarding journey (strategy, creative, data requirements, automation) to go live in market and delivered on time and to budget

Manage the following across projects as appropriate:

  • Depending on marketing consent, manage and execute spend stimulation and educational marketing campaigns to drive customer spend and engagement
  • Work directly with: creative agency, external partners, data team, creative and digital comms teams, and Legal, Compliance and DPO.
  • Management of content/creative approvals including senior stakeholders, Legal, Compliance and DPO
  • Work with product team to understand KPIs for new products and filter these through into communications
  • Preparation of documents to communicate project updates, including key milestones, actions and risks documented and monitored in project plan
  • Support colleagues with business development efforts, marketing projects and ad-hoc business requests where required
  • Ownership over data briefing process, working with commercial and analytics teams to drive effective and profitable campaign targeting and optimisation
  • Forward-plan and brief digital comms team on campaign deployment to ensure timely delivery and prioritisation of digital campaign execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Requirements:

  • A marketing background within the Financial Services/Fintech world is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Knowledge and understanding of email marketing
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced working enviornment, with tight deadlines
