Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a highly entrepreneurial brand who due to growth and a receiving significant PE funding are have a huge growth plan in place and want to hire a number of new roles within the business.
One of the main roles that they are looking to secure first is a Group Marketing Manager. As the Group Marketing Manager you will be responsible for raising the profile of the brand through campaigns and promotions designed to engage across the customer journey which in turn should increase sales. Given this is a brand new position within the organisation this role will give you full autonomy to own the planning, proposition development and promotions as well as bringing in a team underneath you - you could be responsible for up to 6 direct reports.
Main Responsibilities :
- Own the Social Media strategy ensuring the growth of the communities
- Develop strategic brand partnerships to raise the brand profile further
- Create re-launch and integration campaigns and event programmes for new and existing sites
- Own creation of content for all channels that engages and drives sales
The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer who has a strong multi channel marketing background with previous experience working within a leadership role ideally within a retail, leisure or travel organisation. We're looking for someone who feels excited by the opportunity of working within a start up business, building out a team and creating and owning a marketing strategy - i mean who wouldn't be excited by that?!
