Your experience...

  • Excellent FMCG brand and product management capability - from identifying opportunities, to idea, concept, proposition development, product development, go to market planning and brilliant execution; bringing the business along with you and leading a cross functional team to make it happen. A real 'team player'

  • The ability to make an impact and demonstrate delivering outstanding results in a fast moving dynamic environment

  • Strong bias for action and high degree of personal accountability

  • Ablility to think 'bigger picture', to scope out opportunities for growth. Coupled with an ability to simplify the complex and cut through noise, to deliver a clear plan of action

  • Good understanding and experience of working with the UK Grocery trade

  • An instinctive marketing approach who 'gets' consumers and places them at the core of everything that they do

  • A commercially and analytically rigorous individual who is comfortable developing and presenting business cases in an organisation which will only invest on the back of sound quantitative evidence


  • Shape and deliver the 3-year plan in collaboration with cross functional team including; overall strategic framework, brand strategy, communications, innovation strategy and pipeline and strong action plans for delivery

  • Ownership for the delivery of the brand in year & 3-year P&L

  • Lead strategic, complex innovation projects through the business working collaboratively with NPD, Site teams and Commercial functions to ensure we translate true consumer insights into exceptional product execution with winning launch plans.

  • Lead all ATL development and media planning including ATL and seamless integration with Shopper marketing plans.

  • Utilise excellent analytical skills to analyse data to quickly identify the root cause of an issue and develop focussed action plans to tackle.

  • Coach and develop a team of four (2 SBMs, BM & ABM)
