Responsibilities...
Shape and deliver the 3-year plan in collaboration with cross functional team including; overall strategic framework, brand strategy, communications, innovation strategy and pipeline and strong action plans for delivery
Ownership for the delivery of the brand in year & 3-year P&L
Lead strategic, complex innovation projects through the business working collaboratively with NPD, Site teams and Commercial functions to ensure we translate true consumer insights into exceptional product execution with winning launch plans.
Lead all ATL development and media planning including ATL and seamless integration with Shopper marketing plans.
Utilise excellent analytical skills to analyse data to quickly identify the root cause of an issue and develop focussed action plans to tackle.
Coach and develop a team of four (2 SBMs, BM & ABM)
