A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing organisation with head offices in Leeds. This particular role is an interesting one as you'll be joining a business that's a real success story within the tech world; after a heavy amount of investment following PE-funding, they are growing a new marketing department from scratch.
As the Marketing & Sales Operations Manager, you will own the process to measure and manage lead-to-order processes across several marketing technology systems, supporting the sales and marketing team's overall operations. You will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in prospect data sourcing, lead-to-order tracking and attribution, database management, and analysis. You will also conduct complex data analysis to boost efficiency and focus and inform on strategy.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. You will be proficient in marketing automation systems (e.g HubSpot) and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
