The Loyalty manager will be responsible for the effective retention of existing customers, driving value to the business through effective Loyalty strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders and communicating with the wider marketing team, the Loyalty Manager will play a key role in ensuring the app and website loyalty programme is running well, marketing to the right audiences and being supported by the tech team in rolling out new offers and functionality. A pivotal role in the digital marketing team, you will work with an amazing leadership team and work for a company that is truly going places.
You will have experience in loyalty marketing, be confident using CRM (obviously) and have app experience too.
