An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join their growing team. There is real meaning behind this role and with the backing of the team, you will see the impact you can make immediately. In the role you'll be responsible for the continued development and improvement of the internal communications strategy, which will see you involved the following areas:

  • Taking ownership of all operational people based comms, ensuring it is inspiring and impactful.
  • Creating engaging multimedia content and bringing in ideas for new formats
  • Seek out news and stories from teams, which will engage teams, celebrate their successes, and support our key messages
  • Analysing campaign engagement to develop approaches that ensure our communications are continually optimised for success

The successful candidate must have:

  • Significant experience of delivering an internal communication strategy that simplifies communication from support functions into multiple sites.
  • Significant experience in creating communication campaigns to drive engagement
  • An expert eye for detail, you love producing top quality content. You know your stuff when it comes to spelling, grammar and punctuation - and you apply it.
  • A multi-tasking ninja with bags of energy to share. You thrive when you're getting your teeth stuck into a range of exciting projects at the same time.
