A well-established Financial Services organisation who are committed to going the extra mile to help SME's grow, are currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join the team.

Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for improving colleague engagement through effective communication across the business. This involves developing and curating plans and communications that drive understanding of and engagement of the business strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the internal communications framework and plan.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team, Marketing and Communications and other functions to develop and deliver communications plans and materials that engage and align colleagues with the business' vision, values and drive their understanding of the strategy.
  • Deliver monthly and ad hoc virtual and live events that support understanding and buy-in of the strategy, effectively communicating key initiatives.
  • Own all internal comms channels; plan, write and publish company announcements.
  • Manage the corporate communications calendar. Work with stakeholders to identify key dates and milestones for internal communications and events.

Key Requirements:

  • A hands-on Internal Communications Manager with a couple of years of experience within a similar role
  • You will be a self-starter, highly proactive and effective communicator with strong business acumen
  • Energetic and tenacious, with the credibility and confidence to build influential relationships at all levels.
  • You will have a proven track record of personal achievement and effectiveness across all facets of internal communication channels.
