4 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIGHTS MANAGER

Role and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Insight & Market Intelligence team by running various research projects
  • Independently manage research projects from start to finish (either qualitative or quantitative) in partnership with Global/Local Marketing leads & with external partner agencies (i.e. ensuring we have a clear insight brief, getting the right inputs into questionnaire or discussion guide, select the right agency, review presentation ahead of debrief, etc.)
  • Work in partnership with Senior Insights Manager to ensure we have a 360 view of consumers insights (i.e. link market data with consumers insights to lead a cohesive story)
  • Deliver clear & actionable debrief with clear tangible recommendations after each project
  • Work closely with teams to drive insights into actions and embed consumers learnings into brand planning
  • Drive best in class Insight & Market Intelligence function by promoting consumers insights & being a trusted & strategic partner to the Marketing community

Candidate profile:

  • Min 8-10 years' experience in consumer research and insight, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Delivering primary research and developing research studies from scratch, including designing surveys in addition to more qualitative methodologies
  • Can work independently - the ideal candidate must be able to take on projects with limited hand-holding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & with tight deadlines
  • Mix of agency and client side experience
  • Ideally worked in an European/ global role with ability to adapt to different cultures
  • Excellent at simplifying complexity & cutting through the clutter - ruthless simplicity is essential to ensure our insights land with maximum impact
  • Team player & good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Can-do attitude, self-starter, attention to detail but can also see the bigger picture
  • Drive to deliver outputs of the highest quality
  • Outstanding organizational skills & efficient working style
