Responsible for:
- Delivering a variety of Innovation projects, leading internal teams and agencies from concept to launch for new and existing product development
- Work with and manage internal clients globally, listening closely to consumer needs, sharing regular product updates and delivering a superb product experience aligned to the business expectations
- Develop close working relationships with critical stakeholders across the business
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to help translate the business requirements into user stories and backlog deliverables.
- Manage and work with the product design, design and innovation teams (including agencies where required)
- Partner with consumer experience, I&I and brand marketing teams
- Build out the best market defining products and consumer experiences
You need to have:
- Significant experience managing product and portfolio teams, ideally within FMCG, with experience of operating at global or regional level (experience of US market a real advantage)
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment, ideally with experience of a new or under-developed category
- Ability to influence at all levels and across multiple geographies
- Project management experience gained in a complex, matrix organizational structure - both as a project lead and project member
- High level of commercial awareness to translate insight into actionable recommendations
- Possess strong analytical reasoning and business acumen; able to assess/determine clear business outcomes
- Empathetic and culturally adaptable with relevant experience in multi-cultural settings (both from a geographic- and business- perspective)
