Based in the Leeds area, the business has grown nicely over the years and operates on a global scale. Customers are made up of SMEs and blue-chips, who operate on the FTSE 250, NYSE and other global indices. They have some seriously big names on their roster of clients and you'll be networking at a senior level, ensuring value is continually delivered and you'll also be bringing on board new logos.

There are longer-term financial options on the table and there are plans to recruit in this team across the world so if Point A is now - a growing business and team, Point B is a more senior role in a couple of years time with significant rewards after putting in the work.
Initially, you'll be responsible for managing a team of c.5, varying from junior to Sales Manager level and you'll be responsible for leading on strategy, development plans and accountabilities. The sales team is talented but raw in places so hopefully, you're the type of leader who enjoys seeing your subordinates progress and do well for themselves.
Working arrangements are flexible. Based in the Leeds area, there is a guideline of c.2 days per week in the office for this Head of Sales role but if this won't work, a discussion will be welcomed. As the business operates with global customers, at some point you will be expected to travel on occasions to the US, China and Europe but this is reasonably sporadic.
