A well-established membership organisation with a specialism within the Healthcare/Medical sector, are currently seeking a Head of Product Pricing to join the team. With an impressive heritage, a strong culture and an unparalleled reputation within the market this is a fantastic opportunity to really take ownership of the commercial pricing and product strategy.

As the Head of Product Pricing, you will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of product pricing across the full suite of products. The role requires excellent commercial acumen, effective partnering with actuaries, product managers and finance, and delivery of lifetime value through pricing.

This will be a home-based role with twice a month requirements to be in the London head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with actuarial, commercial and finance teams to ensure the appropriate use of commercial pricing.
  • Support the delivery of the business plan through the pricing of existing business, new business, new products and new member segments.
  • Adapt and respond to management information and other analytics to optimise pricing strengths or to change course as required.
  • Review and analyse competitor pricing and market trends, to inform commercial pricing strategies and decisions

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience of pricing delivery within a regulated environment.
  • Awareness of actuarial technical pricing and confidence in partnering with actuaries.
  • Demonstrable success in delivery of pricing strategies across a range of situations.
  • Knowledge of organisational and regulatory rules, policies and procedures.

  • Ability to travel nationally occasionally to meet the demands of the role.
