It's with one of the West Yorkshire region's recent success stories in tech and following PE-funding, they are growing a new marketing department. This role is integral to that and you'll have scope to shape your department, take upgraded and new products to market and build something to be proud of. This role is a leadership position, reporting to the board with a heavy focus on strategy in a blend of product marketing and product management.
You'll likely know what the role will be, essentially you will be leading a team responsible for the packaging, messaging and delivery of products to market and take responsibility for ongoing product growth. This will include pricing, sales team training and go-to-market strategy. You'll be one of the first hires in a marketing department that has budget and sign-off for lots of other positions (including your team) so it's a fantastic time to join the business and create something to reflect on in a few years with a real sense of achievement.

Ideally you'll have significant leadership experience in Product Marketing/Management in a B2B setting with a digital/tech/services product or similar. You don't need to be a technical Product Manager, this is a more commercially focused position.
