This is an exciting opportunity to become the lead across a portfolio of consumer brands our client partners with whilst growing an internal team.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of their growth plan whilst working with the broader inhouse growth function.
The role
- Own the paid media marketing strategy and budget with the Head of Growth
- Report to board on performance and growth both internally and externally
- Own, execute and grow performance marketing campaigns and any testing road map across all paid social channels.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure implementation of campaigns is as efficient as possible
- Manage and own budgets, allocating spend across performance channels to ensure maximum ROI and achieve CAC/LTV targets
- Collaborate with the creative teams to create best in class ads
- Manage the continuous optimisation of campaigns and paid media budget distribution
- Build strong relationships with the in-house data studio to continually improve tracking and reporting and automation
- Nurture a test and learn approach to working
The person
- D2C paid social marketing experience in established or scaling consumer brands (agency or client side)
- Customer acquisition expertise
- Proven experience delivering best in class paid social campaigns
- A solid grounding in all Paid Media channels
- A creative mind who can thrive in a start-up environment
- Data- driven marketer who enjoys thinking outside the box
