This Cheshire based financial services business is an innovative brand that need a strong Head of Marketing and Communications who is looking to drive their brand to become industry leading. They are an independently owned business with a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, and now they require a Head of Marketing and Communications who can lead the team to success.
This is a key hire within the Marketing Department, reporting into the Commercial Director, the Head of Marketing will plan and execute a results based marketing communications strategy. The role will be responsible for brand communications and ensuring a consistent customer experience and journey. It will also ensure the cost-effective acquisition and retention of customers via a multi-channel sales and marketing model.
The Head of Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and managing the other members of the marketing team, ensuring the delivery of effective marketing campaigns across B2C, B2B and international channels.
This is a commercial role and you will need to be as confident with budgets and metrics as you are with creative and content. You will be passionate about understanding revenue impact from spend in channels and how that flows through into profitable customer acquisition. You will be a good communicator and confident at engaging stakeholders across the business to ensure communications, campaigns and new product development lands effectively.
