This forward thinking professional services business are looking for a Head of Marketing and Communications to spearhead their marketing across all divisions of their business. They have recently received a huge amount of funding and are actively expanding several areas of their marketing team.
You will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy, utilising the channels available to implement these campaigns, and reporting and analysing their success to senior stakeholders. You will be working alongside other Head of Department to plan and execute the marketing for the group.
You will play a pivotal role in the evolution of their brands within the group, using your expertise to enhance the customers' experience through innovative and effective communications. Working across all channels within the full marketing mix (online and offline) you will create and deliver a performance based marketing communications plan. You will think innovatively and creatively to ensure every opportunity is maximised to raise the brand profile.
This is a commercial role and you will need to be as confident with budgets and metrics as you are with creative and content. You will be passionate about understanding revenue impact from spend in channels and how that flows through into profitable customer acquisition.
The perfect person for this role will have several years experience in a B2B marketing environment, in a similar position in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will have extensive knowledge of TTL campaign management, with an ability to manage external agencies and other resources internally to bring your campaigns to life.
