We are working with a company that helps develop innovative software solutions for the manufacturing sector, to help them provide effective solutions to overcome challenges they face. They are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team to lead their Marketing growth.
They offer Hybrid working, competitive annual leave with an option to purchase more, employee shares, pension and early finishes on Friday.
The role:
- Create a strategic Marketing plan to deliver the company's message and generate leads as a result.
- Manage the marketing element of their HubSpot platform.
- Utilise agency and consultant support to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns - b2b demand generation.
- Work with the Sales department to fine tune messaging and gather data to influence the marketing strategy.
The Person:
- Key focus on driving MQLs into the business using multiple channels.
- Understanding of SaaS business models.
- Previous experience using Hubspot.
- Experience managing and planning budgets.
