If you're an E-Commerce leader, can show you can make websites more profitable and you want to use your know-how to take a hungry SME to the next level, this could be the challenge you're looking for.

The business has a fantastic entrepreneurial story to share. They've grown at a good rate but they aren't going to settle. In their particular industry, they come up against some big corporates and they want a bigger slice of that pie. To do that, they require leadership from someone who knows their stuff in an E-Commerce environment. The vast majority of the revenue comes through the website and you'll lead a team consisting of SEO/PPC, Product, Pricing, Creative and others with the overall goals of increasing profit, acquisition and retention.

Ideally, you'll have an E-Commerce background in a sophisticated, large business environment as this is where they want to get to eventually. Although the bulk of sales come through the website, the marketing isn't 100% online and you'll be looking at some other channels too, working with teams including offline and PR to drive brand awareness and traffic. As such, you may have as a background as a Head of Marketing, Head of Digital or similar but you must have experience in an E-Commerce business or an E-Commerce function with significant revenue.

The products/services are sold on a B2B basis but the website is transactional so a B2C background would also be considered.

In short, the business has a tremendous offering to the sector, evidenced by their growth and they are now in a position to invest in somebody to enhance the E-Commerce offering. If you're up for this kind of challenge and you've got demonstrable E-Commerce leadership experience, please apply now for more information.

Based in South Yorkshire, the longer-term working arrangements will likely be predominantly office-based.
