Are you a demand gen pro ready to shape a strategy from the ground up?
We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation for a well-established, high-growth B2B finance business that’s investing in marketing for the first time, and they’re doing it properly.
You’ll report directly to a newly appointed, commercially savvy CMO who’s building the team from scratch. This is a rare chance to take full ownership of demand gen - strategy, tech stack, and execution - and really make your mark.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and lead the full-funnel demand generation strategy
Own HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Hubs) and manage all workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting
Use Cognism to build targeted prospect lists for campaigns
Drive high-quality MQLs to an in-house Telemarketing team
Run integrated digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, SEO, website)
Report on funnel performance, campaign ROI, and lead progression
What we’re looking for:
B2B demand gen experience - ideally in fintech, financial services, or SaaS
HubSpot superuser (Sales & Marketing Hubs)
Hands-on experience with Cognism or similar data tools
Great collaborator with Sales/Telemarketing
