An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced CRM specialist to join their marketing team to truly become the voice of the customer, managing customer communications across every touchpoint.
Job Description:
Be the brand, category and competitor expert: identifying strengths & weaknesses and actioning tactics to ensure they are competitive and grow market share
Develop & optimise the brand communications throughout the customer journey, taking ownership & executing the customer comms/ CRM strategy, working with channel owners to deliver against set KPIs
Manage marketing communications and campaigns, working with the Performance Marketing, Brand and Content teams, plus external agencies
Manage all aspects of customer comms, establishing a core CRM strategy
Take responsibility for growing the lifetime value of customers, through design and execution of targeted customer lifecycle activity
Grow, manage and develop a high performing CRM tea
