This is a unique role to the region where you will oversee all aspects of CRM, including email marketing, customer automation flows, and retention/reactivation programs.
You will also be in charge of developing the Brands loyalty program, utilising the current foundations to build a fully-fledged rewards program designed to maximise key KPIs like repeat rate and purchase frequency.
You will be focussed on customer retention and total lifetime value across the entire business with the goal of taking the business and current performance to the next level, applying a combination of CRM best practices and creative campaign ideas to keep our customers coming back time and time again!
Ideal Candidate :
- Must have strong leadership skills and enjoy helping to develop a team
- Extensive experience of customer journey development using test & learn strategies
- Strong analytical skills as being able to report is a must
- You will have experience across multiple email platforms and CRM platforms
- Strong grasp of website analytics and marketing tools
- Extensive experience of CRM strategy and campaign management
- Experience delivering upskilling and drive digital capability to key business stakeholders
