The Head of Brand will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for creating and driving all of the brand communications plans for the brands in the portfolio.
You will work to create exciting, engaging and disruptive omni channel marketing plans to help the company achieve its objectives of doubling in size in the next 3 years. The company have a heavily over indexed marketing spend for you to achieve this.
You will be a classically trained FMCG brand marketer, who has ideally then taken a role in an SME and so understands the pace and nuances of working with an brand that's in high growth. If you haven't already done this then you will otherwise be someone who feels they have been stifled for long enough in corporate life and would love more freedom to really own and control the success of your brands.
You must already been operating at this level rather than taking a step up and must be a high energy, inquisitive person who is action orientated and both commercially and creatively minded.
