We're working with this super business within hospitality / high end catering. Due to a new expansion plan they're recruiting a Head of Marketing to spearhead the new marketing plan and strategy. You will be an experienced all rounder - capable of growing and managing a team, P+L and all aspects of an integrated marketing plan (PR, Digital, CRM, Brand). You may have come from a smaller business already and have the full rounded exposure there - or perhaps SME and Large company but are ready to go back to the SME culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full marketing plan
- Recruiting and managing the team around you
- Reporting to the owner and all senior stakeholders
- Managing the brand identity
- Overseeing the E-Commerce part of the business
- Owning the end-end customer journey
- Optimising channel communications
To be successful:
- + 7 years at senior marketing level - able to juggle responsibilities well
- Used to fast paced working
- Competent in building teams and management of them
- A good understanding of paid social / digital and user journeys
