Better Placed are delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative multicloud solutions organisation to recruit an EMEA Marketing Programs Manager. - ABM. The team are known for not only listening to their client's challenges but they help build customer cloud services and solutions that help with future performance.

The role will leverage ABM methodology to raise the most valued customers' awareness of the organisations Technology Solutions that support their business objectives, providing better continuity of engagement, increasing messaging consistency, and driving deeper executive relationships - in turn increasing customer loyalty, referencing and revenue.

The ABM marketing manager will work proactively and collaboratively with sales to engage Strategic accounts with a high degree of personalization and targeting. The role will also develop high-touch programs targeting a small number of similar accounts with a tailored message, typically industry-focused. The key function of this role is to craft the messaging and communication of the organisation's value proposition reflecting the customer's strategy challenges and aspirations in order to seek engagement with the right stakeholders at the right time.

Key Duties:

  • Work closely with your internal sales/business/marketing colleagues to understand customer strategy, challenges and aspirations
  • Define the messaging, communication and engagement strategy per target account and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, such as business development, implement and gain support
  • Develop programmatic approach for 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies with clearly defined objectives for target accounts by working closely with key influencers.
  • Engage sales in collaborative research, planning and execution.
  • Drive awareness of services and solutions into target organisations, leveraging personas for a personalised experience with integrated messaging.
  • Agree the customer engagement strategy, goals and objectives with the aligned Sales Director
  • Leverage intent, propensity to buy, social and account intelligence and where necessary build organizational and individual profiles to inform and build a 1:1 marketing plan
  • Orchestrate multi-touch and multi-level customer engagement programs
  • Identify and exploit the most effective channels that help create and deepen relationships
  • Monitor, measure, review and report on key outcomes

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role in marketing, with focus on industry, account-based, or segment marketing.
  • 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience with a consistent record of success and achievement of results
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing discipline especially enterprise, account-based and digital
  • Data-driven approach to complement intuition and account teams' knowledge, ability to make informed decisions using insight
  • Knowledge of inbound/outbound digital marketing strategies - web, search, social, nurture, direct, relationship
  • Understanding of Cloud-based SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
  • Exposure to CRM will be desirable (Salesforce).
  • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically with exceptional attention to detail.
