Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the email process including building the campaigns, audience segmentation, carrying out relevant testing, scheduling and reporting on success.
- Using HTML to create layouts that match guidelines
- Working with the Product, E-commerce, Content and wider marketing team to provide market leading email campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Managing the CRM calendar, scheduling campaigns throughout the year
- Regular analysis and reporting on email performance and providing actionable insights and ongoing recommendations
