My well known retail client is looking for a Trading / Ecommerce Lead. You will have a good few years of retail ecommerce / trading experience behind you - either at manager or lead level. Responsibilities include:
- Using data to make informed decisions to drive trading results through the divisional reporting across a variety of platforms and systems
- Managing A/B testing approaches, working with Optimisation to prioritise opportunities
- Work closely with Paid and Search Lead to ensure a qualified customer is being attracted to product areas that can be supported with stock
- Work with CRM Planning to define customer-related promotional activity
- Forecasts and delivers key digital metrics
To be successful you will have:
- Experience of GA/Web analytics platforms
- Comfortable with using key metrics to understand the big picture when appropriate to dig into detail
- Understanding of digital marketing and impacts onto trading performance
