This role would suit someone with core leadership skills, using initiative to adapt and shape the ecommerce team. Further, excellent copywriting and SEO knowledge to optimise the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying tone of voice
- Conducting rigorous quality assurance for the category to maximise conversion and performance
- Working with marketing and buying teams to ensure the on-line presence is maximising brand impact and trading opportunities of the products
- Conducting a range of category and content specific activities to enable team performance
- Leadership of the team - being a support and guiding them to success
