Better Placed are pleased to be working with a leading B-Corp Coffee Brand and they are looking for a Digital National Account Manager to join their team!
This is a homebased role with travel to their East London Head Office as and when needed.
The purpose of this role is to manager all aspects of their E-commerce business including, grocery.com, Ocado, their D2C platform, Ethical & Organic Retailers and Amazon. You will have full P&L responsibility for the D2C platform, grocery.com and the ethical retailers. You will work with the Sales Controller to plan, develop and deliver agreed sales, profit and distribution targets for nominated accounts, including inputting into Amazon with distributor partner.
You will own and manage the budget, producing reports, which analyse all marketing activities and their impact on sales and profitability. As the Digital NAM, you will manage the monthly forecasting of accounts within the time period and evaluating forecast versus actuals to drive more accurate forecasting.
- Experience working with eCommerce and or Grocery online platforms
- Experience with Citrus Ad platform
- Preferable experience in Wordpress/WooCommerce or Shopify
- Strong communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
