Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Acquisition)

This must be one of the easiest brands to recruit for, their brand name and reputation means it is a delight to go out to the market with. It's a joy to be supporting them with their latest Digital hire - Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Acquisition).

This position will report into the eCommerce & Digital Director and line management of a team of Senior Executives (channel specific - Paid and eCommerce/ digital people). Supported by the wider marketing team - brand/ CRM and SEO.

In this role you be responsible for managing the performance of the overall digital marketing/ digital acquisition strategy - including Paid Media (via an agency). Ensuring customer acquisition is achieved in a commercially savvy way and works well with the overall brand/ marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Total ownership over the Digital Marketing Strategy, strategic planning across Paid Media, SEO and CRO.
  • Management multimillion digital budgets. Producing performance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis, proactively offering suggestions to improve our position in the digital marketplace.
  • Line management of the digital team - the delivers of these campaigns.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Data Studio and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making.
  • At least 4 years previous experience of acquisition marketing: PPC, SEO, eCommerce.
  • Work to budgetary constraints and maximize ROI / CPC
  • Ideally experience working within a CMS environment (Sitecore Desirable)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, delivering insights in a clear and concise manner (GA and Google Data Studio, or similar)
  • Multiple Agency management experience.
