This retail business have an industry leading brand, and due to rapid growth they are looking for a confident and ambitious Digital Marketing Manage to join their Marketing Department. This is a huge opportunity for someone to join and build on their success as they begin their next phase of growth with plans to enter new and untouched markets. They are based near Crewe and are looking for a Cheshire based candidate.
They need a self-motivated, resilient, and confident individual to lead and develop a young team of future marketers and take their digital marketing efforts to the next level. The successful candidate will need to maintain their strong online position whilst not being afraid to try new things and constantly innovate.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day running of the digital marketing department under the guidance of the Marketing Director
- Manage a small team of Executives and Assistants across the digital marketing spectrum
- Plan and assist with implementation of interesting, dynamic campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies alongside the Marketing Director
- Produce digital marketing reports, tracking KPIs and feeding back to the team and management
- Collaborate with the brand team to create engaging content
- Create and help deliver marketing campaigns across social media each year
Experience Required
- 2-3 year's experience working across the digital marketing channel spectrum
- Knowledge of AdWords, Email marketing, Google Analytics
- Verifiable campaign management skills
- Line management experience
