Better Placed are delighted to have joined up with a fast-growing EdTech firm, who are expanding their marketing resource to support the next stage of growth. We are looking for a digital marketing manager who shares the company's values.
This is an exciting and varied role for an outcomes-driven marketer looking to make a difference in a friendly, supportive company.
Main responsibilities:
- Help design and execute a digital marketing strategy to deliver Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) goals in multiple market segments.
- Be active in identifying new high-growth and high-volume digital opportunities, take ownership and project manage new initiatives as appropriate.
- Oversee efficiency metrics to ensure cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-lead (CPL) stay within control limits while scaling the channels.
- Work with external freelancers to create and place optimised content across digital channels.
- Liaise with external agency for media planning and buying.
Essential skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Experience across the spectrum of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, website optimisation, email, social.
- Experience interpreting data from a variety of media platforms to make solid business recommendations.
- Strong project management skills including managing internal stakeholders and marketing agencies.
- Be comfortable initiating change and being agile to new ways of working to bring better digital performance.
- Proficiency with marketing tracking and analytics, CRM and marketing automation applications.
