With a passion for delivering data driven enhancements to the customer journey you will have experience in driving value through testing, personalisation, segmentation and continuous optimisation.
- identifying barriers to conversions through customer journey mapping
- Working alongside the UX teams to execute testing
- Work with the ecommerce trading team to support trading plans and campaigns
- Demonstrated experience executing personalisation and optimisation experiences across website, email or marketing channels. Including the creation of customer segments, running and analysing A/B and MVT tests
