DIGITAL GROWTH MANAGER

BCORP Business, 2 days in the office in Central London vs working from home

Expanding team, looking for a Digital performance expert. Someone career driven, ambitious and out going who wants to grow with this very exciting sustainability and environmentally focused business.

Your role will include:

  • Defining the Digital awareness and performance marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for all paid media activity across Meta, Google and Tiktok
  • Working with partners to set up the ppc, paid social and display activity.
  • Develop a test and learn approach using data and insights to deliver improved traffic, conversion, ROAS.
  • Manage organic search strategies, working closely with internal teams to improve page performance and rankings.
  • Working with internal teams to improve creative and copy to engage and persuade consumers at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
  • Create Tik tok strategy that fits with that platform and builds traffic from prospective customers.
  • Own our current customer retention and long term value, building out appropriate flows and email content to strengthen the community and drive value.
  • Own our panel, developing the club who become our go to consumers for insight, ideas and feedback.
  • Develop and own the content pillars and messaging matrix building our knowledge around what works best for each audience on their journey to conversion.
  • Budget management responsibility
  • Reporting and analysis, tracking metrics for different audiences and funnels.
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth across key channels.

What experience should you bring?

  • +4 years' experience in performance marketing, in consumer goods eCom business
  • Proven track record of growing revenue/profit for shopify/eCommerce business
  • Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok algorithms and ability to drive traffic and conversion through digital marketing
  • Hands on experience with PPC & Paid Social
  • Knowledge of SEO and ability to improve organic ranking
  • Understanding of customer journey; ability to drive ROI with small budgets
  • Data driven
