A fast-growing Software business with some big plans regarding their products and services are currently looking to recruit several key hires into their business. One of these positions is a Digital Growth Manager which is a pivotal role to ensure successful delivery of their ambitious plans over the next couple of years.
As the Digital Growth Manager, you will be tasked with tactics that accelerate inbound and outbound campaign activity; planning and executing growth tactics across multiple channels. You will play a key role in rapidly growing reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and retention, impacting growth across the entire organisation.
Key responsibilities for this opportunity involve designing a comprehensive demand generation strategy which includes plans for regional, vertical, ICP and partner alliance campaign. You will spearhead the development and execution of inbound and outbound customer acquisition strategies across key geographies and territories, including multi-channel direct and channel acquisition programs such as search, display, email, social, direct mail, events, ABM, and content syndication. Another key area will be to build and manage best-in-class lead generation programs and optimization of Lead to Opportunity funnels. You will also utilize and enhance all demand generation channels to include PPC, SEM, SEO, email, events, content syndication, lifecycle marketing, user conferences, webinars, and customer marketing.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a B2B specialist who isn't scared of technology. Ideally, you will come from a Mobile/Software/Data background and be comfortable working within a complex product environment. You will have advanced expertise in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, lead generation and marketing analytics.
