Driving customers to the top of the funnel with engaging content is what you're good at. You'll understand that being too vanilla these days isn't going to cut it. Grabbing the attention of potential B2B customers and getting them interested in your brands/products or the solutions you provide, is where you come in and excel!

If this sounds like you and you're considering your options, this Digital Content Manager position with a B2B business in Manchester is one to hear more about. Reporting to the Head of Digital, who is there to revamp the digital output, you'll be reporting into a leader who knows that the B2B funnel takes time, effort, analysis and engagement to generate more customers. This isn't one of those 'go and post some stuff on socials' kind of role, you'll be working on a full digital content strategy based on data from all kinds of sources, bringing to life and telling stories at the earliest stages of the customer journey.

Although channel selection will be under analysis depending on which is best for each campaign, you can expect to be involved in social media content scheduling (predominantly LinkedIn including paid advertising), web content, email campaign content and any other channels where customers can be reached. This also isn't just a role that's for copywriting, content can be in the form of video, audio or imagery too.

The key challenge in this role will be acting as an internal journalist. You'll be looking for stories, processes, bits of product features or successes which can come from customers, internal leaders, operations, sales and others. It's your role to investigate what customers would see as beneficial and utilise your content production skills to bring that to life, in addition to championing the brand values.

For this Digital Content Manager role, you'll absolutely need a good knowledge of SEO, analytics and good, measurable variety of success in content campaigns. In return, you'll be joining a brilliant team, take home a very competitive benefits package and, as this is a new role, it's in your hands to grow your career.

If this Digital Content Manager role sounds like something you'd like to learn more about and you fit the above criteria, please apply now!
