You'll be working closely with their Digital and Product Teams, and engage with various systems and pieces of software with a focus on Google Analytics, Looker studio and SQL

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing user behaviour (Mobile app/website), usage patterns, engagement, and conversion rates across digital channels (such as website, email, social media and online advertising) to identify opportunities for improving user experience
  • Developing reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and other relevant departments
  • Extracting and analysing data from various sources, including Google Analytics 4 (Firebase) and other analytics platforms to build dashboards
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize Mobile app/website performance
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mobile app and digital analytics

The Person:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Digital Analyst/Web Analyst (ideally experience in Mobile App reporting)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse complex data sets
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferably) (Firebase), GTM, Big Query, SQL, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity/Hot Jar, and other similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
