I'm looking for a Digital Acquisition Director to join a LeadTech business in Manchester.
They are in a significant phase of growth - building out their product propositions and growing their market share to become a tech leader in the customer acquisition sector within 2-3 years.
The business has grown from 5 to 50 people in the last 5 years and they aim to be 100 strong by the end of the year.
They're now looking for a digital acquisition expert to help grow their digital channels and to improve the way that they build and use data, to further maximise channel performance.
They need someone to lead their current Channel Heads and someone who can hold their own in the board room.
Effectively, you will be the MD of your own mini business.
