Title: Demand Generation Manager – SaaS/B2B |
Location: Southwest London | Hybrid (3 days in the office, non-negotiable)
Salary:£50,000-£60,000 + Discretionary Bonus: 5%
We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS company in the B2B space that’s scaling at pace and looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join their talented marketing team.

What you’ll be doing:
Own performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and Bing, managing campaigns in-house
Design and execute ABM programmes (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) in close partnership with sales
Build, segment, and nurture audiences in HubSpot – automating workflows and lead scoring
Analyse campaign performance, deliver insights, and iterate fast for maximum impact
Partner with content and product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and strong creative assets
What we’re looking for (non-negotiables):
Proven performance marketing experience
Solid track record in ABM strategy and execution
5+ years owning demand generation for B2B SaaS
HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise
