A successful Software business who are making waves within the industry are currently seeking a Database & Analytics Manager to join the team with head offices in Leeds. This particular role is an interesting one as you'll be joining a business that's a real success story within the tech world; after a heavy amount of investment following PE-funding, they are growing a new marketing department from scratch and are now in phase 2 of Recruitment.

The purpose of this role is to work with the Inbound marketing and Outbound sales and marketing teams to create and manage new and existing prospect databases. This role is also responsible for data analysis, segmentation and extraction of datasets to support both analysis and campaigns. This role will also be involved in the ongoing development of personas for the organisations main customer segments and provide analysis and insight pulled from multiple data sources to provide insight and guidance for campaign planning.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for managing, segmentation and extraction of datasets to be used across both online and offline campaigns as well as marketing analysis.
  • Management and development of the companies prospect database, working with sales and marketing teams to identify new data sources to enrich the information stored.
  • Provide support for SDR manager and Email Manager to create prospect lists from HubSpot and the organisations CRM to support multi-channel campaigns (email, outbound calling and direct mailing, events, etc).
  • Research and procure new prospect data sources to feed the data pool to ensure they have the latest and most relevant data sources.
  • Work with the team to identify key market segments and develop customer personas to be used to guide campaign messaging and content.
  • Provide reports and management information to be input into regular KPI reports and for use by team members to support business decisions.

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Exceptional data analytic experience
  • Extensive prospect database experience
  • Previous experience with HubSpot
  • Self-starter, strategic planner & analytical thinker
