This well known business within the healthcare sector is looking for a data and insights executive to work in the digital marketing team. We're looking for someone with experience in Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
Your role will be:
- Support the marketing and digital teams by providing useful and actionable reports evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of CRM programmes
- Day- to-day management of Google Analytics, including ad hoc analytics requests and the development of weekly and monthly website performance reports
- Day-to-day management of CRM data including data cleansing, duplicating segments, data archiving in line with data retention policies
- Take responsibility for managing a wide range of data sources
You will have 2-3 years experience in CRM, Data Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics etc. You will be comfortable supporting a wider digital team and marketing team and be confident to bring to the table the skills required to help transform the business. This will not suit a fresh graduate or someone who hasn't worked within an insights capacity.
